Freddie Jackson (2011): 6'3 PG (VCU offer)

I could have sworn I saw Freddie on campus this weekend, or someone that looked just like him. Maybe its just the dementia setting in from the lack of VCU basketball.

No dementia. Jackson was on campus this weekend on a visit. Came in on Friday night and left Saturday afternoon.

I'm sure it did, he hasn't committed yet though so not as great as it could have been. :lol:

Some other A-10 schools are trying to get in on his recruitment right now. We're in pretty good shape though considering he's visited and we were his first offer. Hopefully we can get him. Pierria and Freddie would be the top backcourt in the Class of 2011 in the CAA for sure unless someone is bagging a 4 or 5 star backcourt player.
 
Jackson's visit went super well. I know this for fact, and trust me..... there is a reason this isn't a done deal yet. There is a plan. Everything is in very good order. VCU Basketball is rock solid, and growing stronger every day. Very good tings should be happening pretty soon, and then we will be STACKED guys.

RamBo is right on, although I wasn't led to believe that his visit went super well and he was dying to commit. Sources tell me we are in a very good position right now though.

As for the future being bright, 100% agree. We have a visit from another guard coming on the 14th. If we land these 2 guys in addition to Henry, we will be VERY good.
