I suddenly realized this morning why ESPN radio has been a bandwagon homer for the SEC when they them advertised the ESPN-SEC network on the radio this morning.

I think they just have a standing agreement with the current Virginia Tech coach to provide tournament coverage knowing that they will be available.

They should hire Jeff Jones away from ODU. It would be awesome on so many levels. It also might not be a bad hire for them.

Is it a better job? I'd say they're pretty equal at this point. Obviously the A10 is world's better than the CAA, but Idk. I do like Jeff Jones, though.

I have it on good authority this evening, that Bill Self is leaving Kansas..... for George Mason. Makes perfect sense. Done deal.

Yes he wins, would make a good candidate because of that, but maybe likes being the king of the southland and dancing each year.

Well of course he wants out....he knows he can't get it done at Kansas. Heck, he just lost to Wichita as well as to us as well in 2011.

The A10, "it's pretty good". Oops, sorry, that was the CAA motto....LOL (man, I hope the person that thought that one up was fired....just awful!).

Unlike a few fans on the forum think JJ's a very good coach as well. Also knew JJ'd turn around odu. gmu would instantly improve. He has done a great job at odu and despite what our fans think. Also, the A10 is an upgrade compared to cusa.

Also, did a great job at U of I, and one a National Championship a ku. A feat not even Roy performed.

They're still playing? Good for them. As long as they hide the freshman gmu should be good. JJ could make gmu a better program and he'd also benefit from them being bb only as does Shaka.
