Haha Bobby Rodiguez, maybe a April Fools joke gone bad. :D No surprise here that Anthony Grant is being himself when describing his old former players at VCU, classy, respectful and supportive. One of the real good guys in college basketball.

I think Bobby was the VCU recruit that followed Grant down to Bama, and you are correct he doesn't get any playing time.

Yeah, every once in awhile I still see an article which mentions Brandon Burgess.

I know you are kidding, but a Brandon Rozzell/Brad Burgess hybrid would be a sick player. Let's sign him!

Grant left Richmond, Va., and the Colonial Athletic Association for Tuscaloosa and the Southeastern Conference two years ago, leaving behind a 76-25 record replete with two NCAA Tournament appearances that included a 2007 upset of Duke. What he had built has since been polished by Shaka Smart.

:D

What a touching story just done featuring Billy Donovan, Anthony Grant & John Pelphrey on their personal losses through the years. They have such a strong bond with each other that they have been able to perceiver through losing children before birth.
