From the last couple of comments made in the Mason thread, at least a couple people do.
 
Perfect time to play them. Other than Mason, if we played any other team this might be a trap game right before the ODU game on Saturday. However, after our experience in Atlanta this now becomes a revenge game. I think the team will be pumped for Ga. State.
 
I expect this to be another tough game for us as GSU is another well coached and athletic team. Defense will win the game for us if we are willing to go the full 40 minutes and play as a united team with a purpose. Go Rams !
 
I was at the Mason-GSU game Saturday in Fairfax.

The fact that the tall/skinny Buckner kid for GSU hung 28 on us in Atlanta sickens me..........he was absolutely useless against GMU (Morrison/Williams).........20 minutes, 0 points.

Mason was very ordinary.......and still eased past the Panthers by 15.
 
I'm told that Skeen was ill in that game so that may have affected his ability to guard Buckner. Of course, playing GSU at their place is a whole different ball-game than playing them at home. Mason has a great home-court advantage at the Patriot Center that makes much better teams than GSU look silly as well.

There obviously has to be a feeling of payback this week though. We'll see how our guys come out on Wednesday.
 
one poster told the GSU fans in attendance to yell "We got Football" :lol:
