Move this if you need to, but I wanted to change the subject for a moment.

Ryan "RollingRam" Moser would have been 31 yesterday (Tuesday).
Eric "Mr. E" Clark would have been 34 a week ago yesterday.

At this point we have many fans who never got to meet the "Wheelchair Posse," or know who the circles on the northeast corner of the court are for, but I wanted to take the time to remember them just the same.

I miss you guys.

If you're interested in joining me in honoring them, please feel free to make a donation to the Muscular Dystrophy Association, their website is http://www.mdausa.org

If you would prefer to keep your donation in house, there is an athletic department scholarship fund in their honor as well, the Eric Clark and Ryan Moser Memorial Scholarship Fund. Contact the VCU Athletic Department at 828-RAMS (7267), and ask I think for Andrew Hartley, Vic Cegles or Alex Moore.

I miss them both everyday. There were no two fans more dedicated than Ryan and Eric. In fact, no one currently deserves the title of "Ultimate Ram," because these guys were the only "Ultimate Rams." They loved VCU more than anyone I have and will ever meet. The only thing keeping these guys from a game would be ice/snow storms or flat tires. And not even that could keep them from some :)

I miss and love you guys! Happy Birthday.

It's still tough going to games and not seeing these guys. I will never forget my first road trip with the Rowdies to Hampton in 05-06 when I look out the window of the bus after beating Hampton (and witnessing the Nick George diving tackle) and I see those guys rolling right through the drive thru at Wendy's. Miss those guys every day. GO RAMS!

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!  First, there's no tackling in basketball.

Second, I wish we would have gotten pictures of that. It was hilarious. "What the heck are Eric and Ryan doing? Going through the drive thru? Really? Can you do that?"

These were two diehard Rams. They are very missed and I often think about them. I'll never forget playing ODU at the Stu one year and seeing the Monarch mascot standing in front of them after repeated attempts by VCU fans to get the Monarch to move so the Wheelchair Posse could see. Well long story short, the Monarch wouldn't move so Rodney the Ram came over and landed a few haymakers on the Monarch as well as a male ODU cheerleader. We always had the Wheelchair Posse's backs and they were the finest fans we could ever want. We need to honor them through our spirit and effort at each game we are fortunate enough to attend because they brought it every night we played and they deserve this.

Happy Birthday, boys and RIP!
