Hey,VCU coaching staff: You have some things to learn!

Did anyone else notice we still received votes in the ESPN poll this week? GMU was the highest ranked team outside the top 25 with 30 votes. However, we received 5 votes.

Shaka is a voter, can he vote for the Rams?

My ignore list has doubled in size since Saturday. Just a bunch of hot heads spouting off like they do after every loss and then they disappear during the wins.

Joey has always been a defensive liability. There are better ways to cover up his deficiencies.

The sarcasm thread is that-a-way.

MistaChill is relatively low on my homer-o-meter. On a scale from 1 to 10, with 1 being Morrisar and 10 being districtballer, I'd give him a 4.

Myself? I dunno. Maybe a 9. I'm the eternal optimist, but then again you have to understand I spent the first 11 years of my life rooting for Howard after they made the NCAA Tournament in 1991 (they've had a grand total of two winning seasons and haven't made the dance ever since that run).

Anyway, second-guessing the coaches is one thing. Saying they aren't qualified or have to "brush up" is just silly. ODU is a good team, and we lost to them. We didn't put our best foot forward. No amount of Xs and Os will help if we stand around staring at the other team grab every rebound and every loose ball.

Gosh, can you imagine not having some of those shots he made for us though?

I surely don't want to think about that.

I'm hoping you'll consider wearing glasses.

Prediction: if we play zone against Mason with some effectiveness some of the coaching genius here will say "See, I told you! This proves we should've played zone against ODU." Totally disregarding different teams, circumstances, personnel, flow of the game, etc.

So yeah, I give up. Can't combat that type of mindset.
