Is Federal hill adjacent to Inner Harbor ?

Yup, its namesake Federal Hill overlooks the harbor. The neighborhood, what we simply call "Fed" is south of it, an easy walk to the stadium. Did it myself a few weeks ago. I lived in Baltimore for a few years and it's where everyone pregames, outside of games it's where the 20s crowd goes out.

Found myself in several Baltimore City courtrooms. I remember looking around, then realizing they filmed the Wire in a couple of them, plus "Kavanaghs" bar next to city hall, and they dressed the main courthouse up to be the Governor's mansion for Carcetti's visit.

We lived in Fells Point for the first couple years after getting married, then out in the northwest suburbs for 35 more. Fells Point is another great party part of town, but too far from The Bank or OPACY for pregaming.

Yeah, this was a complete rebuild, including the coaches. Not bad at all.
