Look, I know you all think they are bad luck...but darn it I miss the gold uni's being a sense of pride! I'm pretty sure everyone on this board cringes when we see them. Coach G couldn't beat anyone not named the Citadel in those things, and I think step one for Shaka is bringing the power back to the gold uniforms!

The Gold uni's are definitely very sharp looking. I think after that ODU loss at the Siegel Center (which we had no business losing to a clearly inferior team), a lot of people never wanted to see them again. :lol: That said, I wouldn't mind seeing them make a comeback. Plus if Shaka wins with them, we know he's the one. 8-)
 
Just thought I'd chime in to say that the Gold uniforms are awesome, and I agree, we need to break this bad luck streak.
 
What about the gray or charcoal unis? weren't those a coach mac buy Pav? Those were awsome :shock:
 
I liked the charcoal uniforms, they were one of four different uniforms brought to you by Mack McCarthy and SportsBelle :lol:

Unfortunately, we wore the charcoal uniforms in the CAA Championship game in 2001, and lost, and later found out they looked purple on TV :oops:
 
The "charcoal" unis were Heinous....doo-doo brown heinous.

I look forward to the return of the Gold.....I mean, it looks good on the Dance Team :D
 
The gold unis are great looking but bad juju. Don't want to see them on our team in any game that is important.
 
I've even switched from my gold authentic, to one of my black authentic jerseys after last years CAA tourny. I could just feel the bad JuJu
 
No doubt the Gold Unis have some bad juju...but I got a solution: play Virginia Union and Virginia State in Gold...the juju will be broken!!! ;)
