Huge win for this program beating a household name in the Big Apple on national TV. Led from wire-to-wire too. Congrats to the guys for coming up tough and doing us proud.
 
Yeah I was kinda nervous down the stretch but I'm glad VCU managed to hold off UCLA, make some key free throws, and not give up.

Absolutely, would have loved to win by 10+ but Just Win! Doubled up with House Money!
 
We won for one reason only. We had an inside game for the firs t10 minutes. We got away from it for the most part of the rest of the game except for a few.....Hinton for example. But it was our inside game that kept UCLA honest and allowed us to win. We made sure they had to guard the middle. Not mention that roz and nixon drove the lane on several occasions.

And what was up with the foul on Skeen with he got hit in the eye....the replay showed how he got slammed on the arm rather than the ball.

Great game for the rams. Good inside game, strong defense with turnovers, and most everyone shooting well.

4-1 must feel a lot better than 3-1 did a few days back.

Skeen looked very good. And your coach had a strong gameplan that highlighted his strengths.
 
WOOT!!! Not the 30+ arse-kicking I hoped for but I'll take the drama for the win in NYC.
