Jadrian Tracey is a Ram!!!

If you think taking time off to take care of your mental health is a red flag then you might suck as a person
He (I am assuming it's Tyrell Ward) also took time off before the start of the season and had the support of the coaching staff. It wasn't like he quit on the team halfway through a bad season.

As fans, we have no idea what could have happened to cause the issue.

But I will take a guy who averaged 9.1 ppg in the mighty SEC in a heartbeat.

Edit: I do get the news dropping 15 minutes before the season opener was shocking to fans but again we have no idea what happened.

Because he averaged 7ppg in the Big Ten he's expected to come own our little D2 level conference. People sleep so hard on the A10....
Go to the A-10 they said. It'll be easy they said. You won't have to travel to Olean to lose that often THEY SAID.

Frank persued him pretty hard. This is a very smart and nice piece for the Rams. Very good 3-point shooter, great size for a guard, and loads of experience. One thing that jumps out is some of his best games were against ranked teams. He has had some terrific games in his career and knows the A10 having been at St. Joe's for a time. Also on a team that went to the NCAA's the last two years including the round of 32 this year.
Very nice job by Phil Jr. and staff. Building a nice team.
Think I like this pickup even more than Nowell. Nowell has a much higher ceiling but Tracey will be that swiss army knife wing we've had in recent years (think Jack Clark, Vince Williams, Sean Bairstow). We have a lot of ball dominant guards right now, so adding a guy who works best off the ball was 100% needed. Spot up shooting by far his strongest suit, but he's also a solid slasher. He has a very "set" shot, and doesn't look good shooting off the dribble, but he'll help space the floor guys like Evans, Nowell and (hopefully) Zeb. He's a pretty good passer too and just seems like a low maintenance plug and play vet like Clark was this season.
