Game vs VCU will be very weird! I have so many gr8 feelings about that place. Being on the opposite bench will be diff. And they are good!!

It's a very tough place to play. I know it will be a tough environment! But playing them will definitely help prepare us for Big 12 play!!!

OU fans, google Larry Sanders. VCU's big guy. He's projected as a 2010 lottery pick. Has the longest arms I've ever seen!!!
 
I'm really impressed with the class Coach Capel continues to show. He doesn't have to continue showing us the respect that he has, but it is obviously sincere. If VCU gets to that 'next level' within the decade, I think allot of cudo's will have to be given to him for his part in it.

Not at all - I think Coach Capel is just showing his love and respect for the VCU Rams. He is a class act in every sense of the word.

I spoke with Jeff earlier this year about his feelings on returning to the Stu. Here's what he said:

I will have different emotions. Will be weird sitting on the other bench. But I still have a lotta luv 4 that place and some people there.
