Teague injured: The highly anticipated point guard competition between Wake Forest's Jeff Teague and Virginia Commonwealth's Eric Maynor was short-circuited Wednesday morning when Teague suffered an early injury.

That left Maynor to work out with a group of four forwards.

Citing privacy rules, the Wolves had no comment on the nature or severity of Teague's injury, but Foxsports.com reported that he sprained a knee ligament.
