Where were the Ram fans? CBS sports had a poll which asked which rookie coach would be more successful his first year. Smart received 4% of the vote. My friend from Arizona who is now at Memphis received 70%. I was not aware of it until now and I am sure John and Sometimes were not aware of it either because I am sure if they were, Smart would have won in a landslide. I am not sure if the poll is still open or not. If it is I expect John and Sometimes to get at it. Here is the link. It is about half way down on the right.

We were voting for Josh. Was that the wrong thing to do? ;)
 
Just want to add that even though this is now only my second post here, I am a frequent visitor and still am one of you. I am thinking of making the 5 hour drive for me to Vegas in December and hopefully seeing a bunch of you guys again and for some the first time (like VRam). Obviously, I am now also a Memphis Tiger fan. I hope that does not upset anyone.

Now how could we be mad at you Shu? ;) Might even have to start pulling for Memphis as well... since we now have the connection. I am probably going to stop into Memphis for a few days, while on vacation this summer. I want to hit BB King's, The Peabody, Beale Street, etc, etc.

I hope Coach Pastner can keep things together in Memphis, and continue with the solid program that it has become. It will certainly be a challenge- in light of everything we're been hearing. But he could be just the right man for the job. I wish him well.

unfortunately, the vegas tourney is not going to happen for the rams. :(

Dont say that. We have a lot of left coast fans that want to see the team this year.
 
If my uncle is able to pull time off, I'm going from Richmond, so if he can take me, there are more seats in his vehicle! He takes me to all the Ram games... one of the greatest experiences of my life going up to Philly.
