Hey guys, I'm a huge Spurs fan as well as being a Rams season ticket holder and the whole LS Posse thing, so I've been monitoring their message boards along with ours to see where the legit interest in Larry is. Well his name has been mentioned as a possibility for them before, but it's starting to get more and more frequent, possibly because there is concern that a European draft pick from a couple years back (big man Tiago Splitter) may not be coming over next season. I think Pop would be a great fit for Larry as a head coach and he could make an immediate impact with them and their aging front line (besides Dejuan Blair). The Spurs front office is notorious for being very secretive and going off the board with their picks, but I'm really hoping Larry lands there. Here's the link to one of their draft prediction threads.

Larry and DaJuan Blair would be the frontcourt of the future for the Spurs and Gregg Popovich is a great coach who will certainly bring Larry along as he grows into his potential. The Spurs have seasoned veterans who can teach him for a couple of years and he would be primed to take the reins after they retire.

Not a bad situation and with the Spurs picking at 20, that would be exactly where Eric went last year.
