We assume we are going to crush Delaware...Maybe I am superstitious but the last time I heard my home team was going to crush someone was when the Redskin Played the Raiders in Superbowl XVIII.

I did happen to catch them against NU early this season on Comcast...They played the Huskers evenly for a while...Let's not overlook them!!!!! Let's take them as seriously as we would Kentucky, Kansas or Syracuse!!!

Let's be so intense about facing Delaware that we throw up in our proverbial towels before the game just like J.D. Barnett. :mrgreen:

Fans can look ahead, teams and coaches don't. I assure you no one on VCU's team is thinking about anything but putting Delaware away on Friday. As for us, nothing we say or do on here is going to change their preparations. :lol:

They got a some talent to be that Competive...Don't assume they will roll over and play dead....We need to take them seriously if we want to stomp them..
 
Well we're not playing them. The team is. :lol:

I'm sure the guys are gonna come out firing on Friday. We beat these guys by double-digits with Larry not even playing. I predict a Towson-esque ass-whooping with Darius Theus getting EXTENDED minutes running the team. :lol:
 
1-4 in your examples. I think if we started Duncan and Lamb at their current ages on Friday afternoon, we will still win.

I'm not playing so it doesn't matter if I take them serious. I don't even think the school claims the Bball team..no way to spin those guys being good. Oklahoma beat a ranked Texas team and they are horrible
 
It should certainly be an interesting game to watch. We should see some different things with the path that we must travel this weekend.

That's just goes to show that on any given day.....You know that Joe Gibbs would make the guys sound like 1970's Pittsburgh Steelers...Then pound them...so yes...if Joe Gibbs could take this seriously...I could too...(in all seriousness,...We probably will pound them regardlesss...I just don't want to overlook them...

so I know a #5 has never won 4 games in 4 days in the CAA tournament, but has a #5 ever lost to a #12? I know the 5-12 hasn't been around all that long.
