I just did a quick analysis on the Rams CAA games and found the following:
Average loss differential: -5.1 points
Average win differential: +21.4 points
None of our in conference wins have been by less than 12 points.
My take on this is that when this team is "on", when it is playing to its potential, no one in conference comes close to being able to beat us. The biggest possible exception to this theory right now is NE which beat us twice. Were we playing to our potential in those games? I don't think so, but it could be argued that that was the result of the superior defense of NE.
