And while it is still not allowable by federal law, banks have been granted banking rights for pot money if they follow specific guidelines. So you can be a bank in Silver Spring, MD and load up on pot money deposits....all nice and legal. But God forbid if you are in Silver Spring, MD and are on the storage and sales part of the pot business...10 years in federal prison.
