alright, it's about that time. lots of speculation, so time for some official predictions from ramnation....

my prediction: i see that portland just acquired the 22nd pick from dallas. i will go ahead and say that eric maynor will be selected by the blazers at 22. that's my story and i'm stickin' to it.

what you all got?
 
if jennings is off the table, I could really see the Pacers picking up Maynor. As noted in another thread, Larry Bird seemed fond of him and he had a good workout in Indy.

Personally Ive said since the beginning Id love to see Eric in Black and Gold again as a 76er...except they are going back to Red, White, and Blue. If the Pacers pass on our boy, I think we could be seeing him play at the Wachovia Center again.
 
FWIW - Maynor flew to salt lake city yesterday...they have pick #20. see if anything comes of it

with deron williams averaging 19 and 10 over the last two seasons in Utah and being only 24, I can only hope that he doesnt wind up there.
 
im predicting okc at 18 after they deal the 3 for the 5 and the 18. this is a biased pick because i want maynor on my pro team. he wont start for okc but he will get plenty of run while westbrook sits and playing alongside him as well.

Maynor to Indy....I rejoice....Fav player on 2nd fav team....Dann Granger gets a legit PG :o
 
Assuming no trades happen between now and then Maynor to Indy at 13...

but I wouldn't be surprised to see him picked up by a team that doesn't need a PG and then get traded...Maybe somebody jumps Philly to pick him if Lawson is gone.

The NBA draft isn't as exciting as the NFL draft which I watch all 7 rounds

He won't make it past 21
 
Philly goes with the Carolina pedigree and takes Lawson...Eric falls to ATL with the 19th pick.

Not sure if ATL is gonna go for a PG since they just traded for Crawford. They will probably look to get a big man

well, considering i have seen 3 mock drafts just this morning which predict him going at 23 or 24, i would say it's very possible he could slip past 21. i certainly hope not, but it is possible.
 
Selfishly, I hope he slips to the Lakers.. or maybe they will trade up to get him. They need a decent point guard because Fisher is getting to old and Brown and Farmar are nothing special. I don't know if they have any interest in him at all. I just don't want him in that green uni with the white leaf.
