No wonder the Colts have been doing so poorly, they replaced Shane Steichen with Mike Rhoades.

They're one in the same when it comes to meaningless "coach speak" one liners. The fact his and Chris Ballard's jobs have already been secured for next season is mind numbing. Really thought Carlie was gonna be willing to start fresh but forgot we're a franchise that's complacent with mediocrity.

I guess on the bright side it may get Mo an extra year in the league, assuming that's what he wants, since Ballard has been the GM for the entirety of Mo's career. And unfortunately (for fans, not Mo) Mr. "We like our guys" is known to continuously re-sign players

I do wonder what his next move is. Does he try to stay with Indy and see what direction they go next season, or does he sign a one year deal with a contender? He seems happy with the Colts and meshed well with Tyler Warren this year. He’s carved out a nice role there.
