Most athletic player?

Dan v. Dave style competition (anyone remember them?)...

Who's the most athletic player on this team?
 
I'll take the bait. Not counting the freshmen since I haven't seen them in action, I would go with Ed Nixon.

Grayson, may end up as the top one though. Can't wait to see him in action.
 
I will go with Brad. I base this on the fact that he would win if VCU had a slam dunk contest. He would pull out some Lebron stuff.

I don't know about that I've seen Ed do some vicious dunks...now that I think about it I never remember seeing Brad dunk..he always seemed like more of a finesse layup kind of guy

Maybe AP5 is making jokes about Bradford's missed wide open dunk last year. I would have to go with Ed as the most athletic.

Ed would win a dunk contest hands down. The kid can jump out the gym.
 
For his height, Larry is pretty damm athletic. Almost graceful at times. I see how he got the nickname "Smooth".
 
At the end of the day, who really cares if Ed Nixon is the most athletic player on this team. Will he have the most impact? NO Will he lead the team in scoring or rebounding? NO So what really makes him the most athletic and what does that really mean? I'd rather be all CAA than "most athletic". "All CAA" means you had an impact on the team and the league. Most athletic without the other awards means you had potential that you did not live up to.

All this "love" for Nixon and I can think of at least 3 other VCU Rams that have the potential to make "all CAA' first team or second team. (Sanders, Skeen & Burgess) Nixon will not make either team.

Yep. Nixon is the man in this category. I'd take the Land-Lord second. Hon mention to Saintil, and I am guessing Grayson & Theus are pretty darn athletic- probably Daniels too. Seems like those 2 are better known for being big, strong guards. But also sounds like they are very athletic. We'll see... but for now, it's Ed for me. He's a ton of fun to watch when he gets it going. Remember the back-to-back jams (vs) Bill & Larry last year. Wow! Sick stuff.
