while some things could be argued over that bracket site it does a pretty good job of giving a quick overview and avg of where our teams are and conf... still much work to be done and many games to be played...it will be a little more clear March 1st..

Also don't forgot the A-10 will fix their tournament...excuse me...will experience convenient outcomes maximizing the number of teams they send to the NCAAs.

ODU also absolutely dismantled Charlotte, the # 1 team in the A-10.
I think if we win the games we should win, even losing to UNI, we get the at large.

i never thought about that, but darn, you are dead on.
it seems that the 1 or 2 seed never win the A-10. looking back at the past decade or so, it's been sandbag central in that conference.
take a look at xavier's track record. it's especially "odd".

i think you guys do indeed need to beat UNI. had odu beaten any one of miss. st., mizzou, dayton, or richmond, there may be a little more wiggle room, but they couldn't pull one of those out. odu beat the best team in the a-10, but lost to the 5 and 6 in that conference. to me, that just about evens out.

The only way VCU is even considered for an at large bid would be if VCU won therest of their regular season games with the exception of the ODU game. Even with that, VCU needs to make it t the CAA semi-finals. Any loss in the regular season to any team other than ODU will kill VCU's chances. We have JMU twice, @GMU, Drexel at home and Akron at home. We have to win all of those games to have a chance.
My guess is the only way the CAA ends up with two teams in the NCAA's is if ODU and VCU take care of business the rest of the regular season and end up playing each other in the CAA champioship game.

no way, did you realize we have had a pattern this season that we win 4 consecutive games, and then a loss...
if this continues, we will lose tomorrow and the one in Norfolk.
