NCAAW- Cowbell?

So, I'm not to up on the NCAA rules for noisemakers. But, is ringing a cowbell considered an "artificial noisemaker"? For those of you at the RU woman's game, you know what I'm talking about. There was an RU fan with a cowbell and she rang it at lest 5 different times while the ball was in play and I was thinking, "Man if that was a ram fan at a visiting arena, they would've been kicked out by now."
 
or the Tribe band banging on drums during our FT's... I mean, with the ball in play is one (prohibited) thing... but to hit them during opponent FT's?! and what do the complete morons of the event staff do? Yell at me for a trick you can do with a dollar bill or a blade of grass??? I dare them to try and take my dollar bill!!!
 
It was a woman's game - nobody cares. Though if you would have made a complaint to the staff, I'm sure they would have asked her to stop.
