New Video: Selection Sunday interviews

That was hilarious with Skeen and Nixon. Nothin like some Great Wraps and Cartoon Network instead of the selection. Proud of our seniors and really thankful of our coaching staff. Hope we make it through a few rounds and more in the tourny.

loved all the humor in this video. especially loved the line "Ill be rootin for everyone except Frank Hassell haha naw just playin."
 
HAHAHA!!! Great quote from Ed on Hassell, just awesome! Also a killer question RE: Seth Greenberg from Natty, the brief look on Shaka's face "OMG, did he seriously just go there?" was priceless!!! :lol:
 
I was almost as surprised to see this video as I was when I saw that we made the dance. Great job by VRN to get this kind of access and get the video up in such a timely manner. We truly are a spoiled fan base.
 
Timely indeed. And I still want to see Joey Rodriguez win a National Championship.

I love Joey, but I feel really good for Skeen as well. Hearing him talk about never playing in a post season before the CAA tourney (then he remembered the CBI) and then hearing this interview talking about wanting to be by himself and away from the TV during the selection show was a side of him that I hadn't previously seen. For a guy with such a high skill level he sure is humble and somewhat pessimistic. Lots of deserving players never get to play in the NCAA tournament, but I am glad that Jamie Skeen won't be one of them.
 
I was surprised to learn in Jamie's interview that this will be his first NCAA tournament as a player. Our at- large bid could not be any more appropriate if for this reason only.
