Best: Miami Dolphins, Jason Taylor (he's back and off the D-line), Pat White (fast QB for the Wildcat), Justin Smiley (in his prime on the O-line), Jake Grove (solid O-lineman and a VATech guy), Vontae Davis (CB benched 225 25x), Patrick Turner (6'5" WR from USC)

Worst: Bucs, they signed Kellen Winslow to six year $36 million

Best(s):
Philly - Love him or hate him, they now have two pro bowl QBs...that they can line up together...and they didn't have to trade or give up anything to make it happen.
Bills: Same reason. Anytime you get one of the best players at a position (so he's not THE best..but he's VERY dangerous..even if he's droppin some passes)...without having to give something up, you've made a great move.
Bears: They got what they haven't been able to find in a long long time...a good young QB.
Bengals: They couldn't hang on to Housh...but they were able to land Laverneous (sp?) Coles in his place. Coles is ridiculously underrated..and ridiculously fast.
Skins Defense: Albert Haynseworth, period.

Worst:
Lions: They haven't been able to protect their QB or run the ball in a century..so they use the first overall pick to take a so-so QB. Terrible.
Skins Offense: They got Haynseworth... but they also still have Jason Campbell. Way to go.
Raiders: They drafted Darius Heyward-Bey with the 7th overall pick. Major reach.
Denver: New coach pisses off star QB...lands Kyle Orton. That's a bad start.

Geez, I live in South Florida and didn't even know Jason Taylor was back. I doubt he has anything left. The dancing took it out of him.

Best Falcons - Adding a HOF TE in Tony G. even at the end of his career gives Matt Ryan another 90 catch guy.
Worst Redskins- Fat Albert. Honestly they have made some solid moves, especially in the NFL Draft, but paying 100 M for a player that is hurt every game is ridiculous. He is a beast and the Titans D will miss him but I'm glad the Titans didn't cough up all that.

Best -

Bills got TO. He's a good receiver

Eagles took Vick. He may come in and be great for the Eagles especially if McNabb goes down

Redskins got Big Al and the defenders in the NFL draft they needed to get sacks which they struggled to do last season. Marcus Mason could be a true talent if they keep him and let Portis mentor him.

Worst

Bills took TO. The drama could ruin everything

Eagles grabbed Vick. Philly Fans will boo him out of the stadium until he does something great. If Philly was named a dog rather than a Eagle Vick wouldnt make it through the front door let alone into the city.

Redskins- Kept Campbell when they had the chance at a QB. Redskins also ignored the offensive line issue that plagued them all last season

Lions- They got a talented QB. Too bad he won't live long enough to get the money from his contract if they can't protect him.

he's not even guaranteed half of that contract. true, that is still a ton of money, but the chances of big al ever seeing $100 million from the redskins is slim and none, especially with his injury history.....nfl contracts are nothing like that of mlb.

he'll play a few years and likely get $40-50 million of that contract.
