ODU - SOLD OUT!

I just walked passed the ticket office and there is a sign saying tickets for ODU are sold out and all that is available are student guest tickets for $10
 
student line will be ridiculous for this game as always...even if there is big snow

nope they have been buying up tickets since Christmas

I don't care what ya'll say, this isn't funny. If ODU can organize this we should be able to supply Back row tickets to their students. I hate to say this but you reap what you sew. Hopefully we won't see this in the future, but I bet we do.

In fairness to VCU's decision, most of the ODU folks need two seats. It's like some of the airlines are doing now.

I can't help thinking this has something to do with ODU trying to break VCU fans up at the TED the last few years. Last year Ram fans got scattered different places through out the arena. Yeah some were together in a group but quite a few got broken up. That was definitely a strategy of the ODU AD
 
F ODU I had to sit in the upper corner in front of the ODU version of the founders room where they let them drink the whole game. Needless to say I about pulled one drunky over the rail he pissed me off so much. FODU

No ODU student was denied the right to purchase a ticket. They were denied a group sale (read: discounted) rate.

ODU students were able to purchase tickets to the game in Richmond the exact same way VCU students were able to purchase tickets to the game in Norfolk. Either through single game tickets available last monday on the web, or through ODU's athletic department. ODU's AD was given an allotment of tickets from VCU. How they choose to handle that is their business, but we should not be left feeling sorry for their students when their AD screws them.
