Cornell 71- Alabama 67

discuss....

"Grant"ed...it's still early. But I DOUBT this is the start Bama fans had hoped for from a $2 million man. It will be interesting to see what "the Tide" fans/media have to say...

I know you're all curious...so here it is....

Ben Eblen: 5 minutes, 0 points, 0 rebounds, 0 assists, etc etc

Ben Eblen - 5 minutes, 0 pts, 0 asst, 0 reb (but hey, 0 turnovers, in the name of fairness)...

I wish them both well, however...

Drat that Natty, beat me by seconds...

Haha. I think I won by a nose on that one. Great minds think alike ;)

yeah, cornell isnt that bad

i 2 looked @ the boxscore and bama only had 9 assist total, thats not good team ball

Grant and bama good luck with the rest of the season

I would by lying if I told you this doesn't make me smile.

Cornell is a decent team though. Just not one that an SEC team should be losing to.

that's great. but is anyone surprised? alabama is crappy major team, and cornell brings back every starter from a team that won the ivy league last year, maybe the year before too. alabama also beat d2 augusta state 61-55 in the exhibition before today's loss. grant has more than he can handle at bama. should have stayed here and built up vcu even more but it is what it is. i'll take shaka winning here and grant losing in tuscaloosa any day of the week.

and f wishing them well. them doing well means fighting with them for an at large if it ever comes down to it. i hope grant loses every game there.

Cornell is a solid team, but still...home game, the recruiting advantage? Cornell lead by as many as 15 ....Lee Corso "Yo!"
