Jamie on the Morris twins:

I’d like to start off by saying that both of those guys are really good. They’re NBA talent, as everybody already knows. I respect both of them. I came in the game thinking that they were not so cool on the court and I thought they were some buttholes on the court, but that’s what everybody told me, at least, but when I got on the court I found out they were really cool. We had a mutual conversation. I think they’re really good. And I played well against them. I’m glad. I thank God for it.

One of the Morris twins on VCU:

Kansas players walked slowly off the court. Several, including Markieff Morris, cried.
"Probably the best game they played ever," Markieff said. "Probably the best game ever as a school tonight. We let them. We let them beat us."

Yeah, okay Markieff... So you're saying you had nearly a week to prepare and still couldn't put forth your best?

No wonder they lost. Their stars are too dumb to realize great teams play their best games this time of year.

He meant to say "probably the best game they have played so far". Although I would say the Purdue game has been our best of the season. 94 points, 18 point win, and only 4 TO's is pretty hard to beat.

My personal opinion for our best game, FSU. We overcame as stout a defense as ODU's. We played through adversity. Two heavyweights going toe to toe, we were like an exhausted punchdrunk palooka at the end of overtime, but still had enough in the tank to land a KO punch. We didn't win pretty, we won with heart.

Also my vote for the best team we have played all year, ODU.

Them and this season's Mason team really are up there. We also got really good experience from playing against players like C. Allen, D. Bowles, and C. Jenkins and physical/frustrating teams like Drexel during our regular season. The losses against NE, Drexel, and JMU at home definitely made our at-large bid "questionable" but we must've learned lessons from those games that are paying off now.
