Pittsburgh A-10 Tournament Planning Thread!

Folks,

Creating this thread as a way to collaborate on plans for the 2017 A-10 tourney in Pittsburgh.

VCU's official hotel is the Omni, you can get special rates at this link:

Though, I'm not sure how special those rates are, as you can find a cheaper price on priceline.com

What we really need to do is find a nearby watering hole, and make it the VCU HQ, similar to KBH in Brooklyn.

Does anyone know the area well, and have any suggestions on the local Ram Nation HQ for drinking beers?

We can reach out and try to make arrangements!
 
Direct flights between Richmond and Pittsburgh on OneJet go on sale just in time for the A10 Tournament. Flights go on sale February 1, with service beginning March 1, 2017.

Any idea how expensive these flights will be?
 
Already have tickets but would like some hotel information as the Omni rates are exorbitant.
 
Does anyone have the link to purchase A10 tourney tickets?
 
What's your experience with buying scalper tickets after the first 4 lose on Thursday?

I have done that at the ACC tournament and ha e see easy tickets in Brooklyn , just haven't gone that route yet Maybe this year
