Potential new housing for VCU

Of the 160 units, 108 would have four bedrooms. In addition, the complex would have 12 one-bedroom units, 18 two-bedroom units and 22 three-bedroom units. Gilbane also is seeking relief from the city's standard zoning provisions that limit one dwelling from having more than three unrelated residents.

The complex also would include a clubhouse, a fitness center, indoor bicycle storage and landscaped outdoor courtyards.
