I have been contacted by the CAA today. They have asked the band to play on the courtyard at 1pm for the fans that get there early and want to hang out and drink some golden soda. See ya there. Im posting this because I am not sure it is advertised anywhere else so tell a friend and show up!

THAT IS GOOD NEWS BUT 1:00 IS NOT EARLY. THE FIRST GAME STARTS AT NOON :?

During the CAA Championship this year there will be a new activity to welcome CAA Fans. The CAA Fan Fest in Festival Park (directly adjacent to the Richmond Coliseum) is sponsored by The Richmond Metropolitan Convention and Visitors Bureau and Venture Richmond. Admission is FREE.

The Fan Fest will feature four large flat-screen TV’s to watch all the action, live music - including CAA school pep bands, Wii games, Pop-a-shot basketball – all FREE! Food and beverages will be available for purchase too. There will also be free face painting and balloon sculptures, so bring the whole family!

Fan Fest Tent Hours:
March 5, 11am – 9pm
March 6, 11am – 9pm
March 7, 2pm – 5pm
March 8, 5pm – 7pm

Step one to becoming a bigger tournament.

BTW, Bush League is insane, people should have fun listening to them.
 
Seriously though...it has taken great lobbying and work to get this to happen...please support it...if we want to keep building this event and making it a premier tournament we need to show our support as it will help lead to more improvements...we are taking baby steps but getting there...

Invite friends, family, etc...even people who are not attending any game or care about game and just want to hear some music....
