I wouldnt mind seeing DJ get the start. He has been coming along nicely.

Still not sure if i would start DJ over Reddic. Yes Reddic looked like a freshmen last night with some dumb shots but i still think he brings a little bit more offensive shooting to the game than DJ.

Reddic does have a better offensive game from what we have seen so far. But DJ seems to be more willing to get physical. Juvonte looks a little timid out there when it is time to get physical.

And you can't teach big - - DJ just needs to put his arms in the air and he will have an impact inside!

If you're coach, how do you approach playing time for these next three?

100% on the floor or your ass in on the bench.

I totally agree. That was the case with Larry Sanders (and no, I'm not saying D.J. Haley is the next Larry). Larry didn't block every shot (or anywhere near) but he altered almost EVERY shot due to his size and wingspan. As far as PT, I mentioned this in another thread. I think we need to start giving our young guys some serious minutes before the tournament. They need the experience and we need to see what they are made of in real game situations. Practice is one thing, but a regulation game is completely different. I've heard that Brandon Rozzell has been shooting lights out in practice since his injury, but that obviously hasn't translated into our regular season games. I'd go with a starting lineup of Joey, Rob, Brad, Skeen, and Haley against Wichita State tomorrow. I think Rob and Haley both deserve a start after their performances against George Mason. As for Senior Night, it would be the one time I will condone both Ed and Brandon being in at the same time and only for the start with Skeen, Joey, and I would say Brad. I think we need to cut out putting our players out of position. Brad is NOT a 4. Theus and Joey do NOT need to be playing at the same time. Joey is NOT a 2. Let's see Joey and Theus each get around 20 minutes each at the point. I'd also like to see us have two bigs in the entire game from here on out unless it's the end of the game and we need our 3-point lineup in. As far as the CAA tournament goes, go with our best player at each respective position. If Haley/Reddic/Rob play only 2 minutes or don't even go in during the tournament, I'd understand.

The starting line-up is fine how it is. Gotta get the ball inside and let the offense work inside out.

No one deserves a start after that game. We could have started no one and put our guys in at the under 16 and we would have been down by less!
