Ramnation - Holiday "What I am thankful for..."

NO! Your pedestrian taste in beer.

I'm going to walk past the Brooklyn Brewery 10 times today, and then drink a PBR at the other end of the block. Just for you. 8-)

Brooklyn Brewery brown ale, mmmmmmmm. Just goes to show. Proximity does not breed good tatste.

Now we are getting silly and off topic. Maybe I am too old and do not understand 20 year olds?

Mike, if I wasn't entering my seventh decade and Sometimes wasn't an old soul there might be some credence to what you say. Forgive us for our lighthearted banter, but speaking for both of us I can say we are thankful to have this message forum to talk about all things VCU basketball and if we occasionally digress it is because we only rarely are able to enjoy each other's company and reparte.

Correct. Just an inside joke that exists because we know each other in real life and rarely, if ever, have a chance to catch up in person. Didn't intend to derail a thread that was created with a meaningful intention in mind.

I am thankful for the atoning blood of Jesus Christ.

Me too, law. Me, too. I am glad somebody said it. More than anything else in this world. Amen.

DB how do your 10 points compare to a Sometimes WIN? Is there a conversion chart for these things?

10 points can't be quite equal to a win. I'd say maybe 50 or 60 points equals a win, but it might be closer to a 100.

that's kind of like comparing wooden nickels to gold bullion.

Who can even remember what a "win" is like, it's been so long since Sometimes has called one...
