Hello everyone! I am a student at VCU majoring in Mass Communications. For one of my classes I am doing a story on the moving on Connecticut from the Diamond to Shockoe Bottom. I am looking to interview someone that followed the Richmond Braves closely when they were here and has some encounters with Connecticut. I was wondering if anyone on here would be willing to do an interview or if anyone knows someone that would be a good person to interview? Thanks!

I read this article a few years ago on Richmond.com i think. It was about this lady who had been to every RBraves game since they've been in Richmond. I looked around but couldnt find anything. If you can find her she would be a big help im sure. For some reason I think her name is Janet.

***EDIT*** Here's the article, hope it helps.

I know an ol' assistant manager from the days of David Justice (as an RBrave). Fairly knowledgeable about the minors, but mostly RBraves and Nawfik Tide.

Ryam Moser's dad, Tarheel Allen (as he goes by on local sports radio) is also a good guy to talk to. He, along with Ryan, was a season ticket holder with the RBraves for a LONG time.

Wow... That is great.

Wasn't a big Braves follower once I got older, but the story reminds me of some of our posters here. Love human interest/sports stories.
