I checked the Harrisonburg news. They were saying to avoid driving through the Valley area because winds were sending snow and ice back onto treated roads. Anyone up in that area know what the roads are like or heard anything about the roads up there?

(I know Fairfax is still buried. My bro said he can't even get out of his place. I'm not sure if JMU got hit the same though.)

Pansy. Get your butt to JMU tomorrow night!

I am making the trip. I was just wondering if anyone knew what road conditions were like up there. I'm sure I'm not the only one who is wondering.

Should not be bad...i have been going back and forth to charlottesville this week with no problems at all. the highways are clear. You should have no problem getting over afton mountain during the day. Don't think they are expecting much bad weather. the arena is right off of the interstate so i would not anticipate having any problems getting there.

Leave a bit early and travel there in the daylight and you will be driving in the best conditions you will get all day. Get there early and hit up BW3's before the game!

I don't remember where BW3 is... just Ham's and the Sheetz.

It's on South Main Street...It's about a 5 min trip from JMU campus.

The roads here are fine. I live in Staunton and the Interstates and all the main roads are good. While the roads are fine, in some cases parking can be a premium because we got so much snow there was nowhere to put it all, so you might want to go a little early to be sure you can get a parking space.
