Only for Odom. Darius got a healthy bump 140k in a basketball life isnt as much due to the instability of the profession. Especially if you have a family. Can’t really or shouldn’t really buy a house. Spouse has a tough time securing meaningful employment etc.
Now 250k is more manageable.

We must wait till next week to upgrade our season tickets, but we can upgrade our living quarters right now (I'm assuming that for most of us, this would be an upgrade). Move-in ready if you don't mind all the rooms painted blue and orange.

I like the pool (although why wouldn't you just go to CCoV?) but no river view? Pass
Stuart Seigel lives in the same area at then end overlooking the River (high up on a cliff). His backyard goes right down to the water. No pool though. Stuart's house is quite a bit larger than Odom's.

He named Odom's old office, so I'd assume so. I'm not in that tax bracket and would likely rather go with a spot in the Museum District (or actually a pied-a-terre in London and keep the current place here) rather than Windsor Farms if I were, but the views from Agecroft and nearby are fantastic.

Nope. I really dislike those rules/laws that require employees to live within certain boundaries as a requirement for taking a job. Mostly pertains to government positions but it happens with private companies and institutions also.
