Around the CAA... it happened after our game, so any discipline or suspensions have no impact on us at all

The kid played out of his mind yesterday and his team came up with a tough loss, it's clear he has a lot of passion. I've seen plenty of kids trash hotel rooms for no reason other than being drunk, and while this is far from a good thing, in my mind it's not the worst thing we've seen go down this season. It's not like he threw a punch at a player on the court or anything. As far as conduct that does not befit someone representing a school on a sports team, this grabs your attention because it's uncommon, but it doesn't seem as bad as what a lot of other kids do, even if it juvenile.

There is a little bit of difference between accidentally breaking a window while horsing around over ice cream in the off-season and intentionally trashing a hotel room and being evicted after a loss. I assume he didn't accidentally tear up his room.

Nobody knew they were family until well after the game. The heckling came both ways and only after Ryan Pearson mom flicked off the entire VCU student line for booing when they walked by.

Like DB said, we had no idea it was his family before the game. they were wearing gmu shirts so we messed with them like every other person who was wearing the green. and it was over with then his mom came back outside to the line and started an argument and his dad pushed her away.
