I'm taking a neighborhood walk with my 10 year old tonight when a Smart car rides by. He says,"Look Dad, a Shaka Smart car. I should have it painted black, put some ram horns on it, and paint SHAKA on the side of it with gold paint." All of this immediate wit from a 4th grader, who was born and raised here on the beach as a Seahawk fan.

Quite an impression you all made this past few weeks. Congrats on a great run, on telling the ACC thanks but no thanks, we have a pretty good thing going on right here in the CAA, and for making Bilas look like the tool he is.

Hopefully we will be back up there in contention in the next few years.

This is a great post. Thanks a lot. We are pulling for you guys to bring it back on the road again- the CAA needs Seahawk Basketball to be like it was 6-8 years ago. Add that to what the CAA is already doing. Add JMU back into the mix. And bingo! You have the makings of a power-conference. Ef the BCS.
