Skipping Middle and High School?

While socially it's just wrong. They won't have ANYTHING in common with anyone, their minds are just so far ahead that putting them in middle or high school is a complete joke.

Perhaps you do undergrad at 13, so lets assume they take 4 years (most likely they wont') so you're 17. They'll do a masters at 18, so at least they'll be around the same age as the other students.

That's what I'm thinking - most of them will likely go on to earn some sort of doctoral degree. Finishing that up by 22-25 is perfect in my opinion - they'll have plenty of time for the social life, and be able to afford a great life at a young age. Think of the kinds of scholarships these kids must get.

...but will never be able to get their childhood back again.
I had this conversation with a relative of a little genius girl who has refused to leave her friends and go to college.

Man, all kids like that end up doing is studying, going to school and participating in extracurriculars....think about it - school starts at 7:00 am. Ends around 2pm. Let's say 2 hours a day for extracurricular activities........that's more time than they'd have for a social life in college.......high school was much more intense on that schedule than college was. I, being a kid like that, was shocked and kind of bored with the academics. Going to college early they can spend less time in school, more time studying - doing what they would've done anyway in grade school......I mean, it's no different.

Give me ONE activity these kids would've done in high school that they won't get a chance to do in college.....and don't you dare say prom (hahaha).

When I was in high school, I had no life outside of it - 7am start - 2pm school finish, then 2-3 in one of my extracurriculars then off to sports practice until 6-7......every day. Tell me that college wouldn't be easier for those kids.
