Somebody get Jamie Skeen a free pizza

Yup, no buying meals (or anything) for the players.
Then Derrick Rose got away with everything at Memphis. If only LBJ went to college with his loaded hummer

My bad, then. Guess I'm just not sophisticted enough for all this stuff. Hope the "cheers" for DJ Halley were within limits. Sitter.

OK Jamie. no pizza for yooooouuu. Not because it's an NCAA violation, but the thought of Pav snapping my butt with a wet towel is downright scary.

I work at PJ's at Oxbridge and the free pizzas kinda backed us up. The supervisors didn't even call the store to let our store what was going on.

So....... just give the game ticket to the Papa and they know about the FREEEEEEE PIZZZZZZZA?

Pizza only available for real fans, sorry andy

You're lame for questioning a guy's loyalty because he see's things differently than you. He donates money to the program, he spends money in the bookstore, he logs hundreds of miles to travel to games. And because he doesnt see everything through black and gold goggles, he's attacked as being less loyal than the next
"sheep" who just assumes that everything we do is the greatest?

Wise up, "zombie".

4 is a little cranky because he doesn't qualify for the deal either!

Good point. Because obviously anybody who shows up to 2 or 3 games a year and wears Tarheel garbage to VCU games is clearly a more loyal fan than a guy who attends every home game, coach's show, alumni events, takes off work to drive hours to away games, donates more than a "g" to the program, and owns half of Barnes and Nobles VCU gear.

Maybe we should rename the auxilary gym after you and FMRick. Just because some fans don't attend every single VCU event (home and way), doesn't mean they aren't as big of fans of VCU as you. It means we have daily lives that place other priorities higher than VCU. It's tough and unreasonable to miss one of your child's activities/events in order to attend a VCU event. It's also not good for the marriage.

I totally agree with you, Wolfpack. Fans come in all forms. There are diehard fans who live across the country.

VCU4life insinuated that I was less of a fan (as he considers Morrisar to be) because I think independently outside of the black and gold that I wear, and am able to question our coaches, athletic dept, or even players if I'm of a different opinion or thought process. My comment was tongue in cheek in an effort to show that just because you don't agree with every move the coach or athletic dept makes, you're no less of a fan than the guy who thinks that every decision is the greatest decision ever...contrary to the comments and actions of many over the last several weeks who appear hypersensitive to any dissent or opposing point of view, .i.e. the grossly inappropriate thread about Morrisar last night.

Pack your priorities are in the correct order...you only get one shot at being there for your kids....been there done that wouldnt change anything ... coaching youth is the most rewarding pursuit in the world (IMO)

You couldn't be more grossly off-base if you tried! For one, Morris and I are friends, and fellow UNC fans! Learn how to take a joke and pull that wedgie out of your rear end before you post!!!

WET TOWEL ALERT. . .

Please don't buy Jaime a pizza. Pretty sure it's against the rules.

So, what if you were to do on a date with a female student athlete and you were a student/recent alum (cuz old alums dating college girls would be a little weird) of the same school and therefore came to the games and cheered the team on, etc. Would you be in violation of this rule if you payed for the date?

If you have ever given money to the program it is a violation for a scholarship athlete to accept any gift from you unless there is a proven relationship the predates either the athlete accepting their scholarship or yourself becoming a donor.
