Its the same thing each year. There will be 4-5 teams at the top battling it out and the rest doing just enough to have an excuse for a basketball program.

JMU is definitely going to be in the top 5 if they can all stay healthy (Esp. Semenov and Moore).

Looks to me like VCU, GMU, ODU and JMU in the top four with everyone else falling way behind. I could be wrong, but I just don't see much strength in the rest of the association.
