Great team win - it was a blast!

My vote:

1. TJ - youa re the man!!! Your intensity was unreal - I want to know what the ref told you after that tic pushed you! Great game - you played AWESOME!!!

2. Terrance - what a great comeback game - thank you for pulling our fanny out of the fire - you were awesome!!!

PS: That shot TJ made to hit the 3 pointer was both sick and insane. Off balance, time running off the clock..defender in his face...we need a youtube clip...

I agree both played good games and B-Rozz had some clutch 3's in the second half!!
 
How 'bout Roz's daggers down the stretch? Not only did they pick the team and the crowd up but they seemed to slash the tires of the UR team bus and Mooney's Benz.
 
It's never one guy, TJ in the 1st half, Terrance for 8 in the 2nd, Brandon to close it out, solid defense from everyone else.

TJ seems to come up big during these big home games. He must feed off the crowd.

I knew if we could get a run going in the 2nd half it would get nuts in there. It was a pissed off bunch of fans after the first half ............... team came out mad and the place was jumpin'!!

TJ and Big T were way tougher than anything they had around the basket.

Loved how Gonzalvez left the court a loser again after the way he was celebrating in the first half.

The year of the Ram ................ AGAIN!!!
 
Don't forget Brandon's two big shots. T.J. is the only player showing heart on a consisent basis. How great was it to see T back on the floor tonight?

fantastic...it was just so nice when larry was out with foul trouble, there was no real drop off with santil out there.

I think it ties with Nixon's dunk for play of the month, 99% of the time that shot would never fall adding in the off balance factor, the defense factor, the pressure factor, the mental concentration to coordinate it all and then add in the luck factor... An amazing shot, definitely TJ played above and beyond this game

Yeah that was odd - wasn't it like 5 min into the game and the guy is celebrating like he just hit a game winner. Oh well.
 
I didn't realize until reading Around The Horns in the game program (should be available online at some point) that TJ considered leaving the team before this season to go play overseas. Without TJ on the team this year I don't think we would have beaten Richmond, Nevada, Oklahoma, or maybe even Hampton. I would have understood if he would have decided it was time to move on after graduating rather than playing for his 3rd head coach and having to learn a new system but we dodged a huge bullet when he decided to stay. TJ has a chance to become the only player in VCU history to win 3 CAA tournament championships if we can repeat this year and he would certainly deserve it the way he has been playing.

By the way, this was me reading Around The Horns before the game :lol: . HUGE fan! Very informative and great writing style.
