Biggest game of the season! Make or break game for an at large bid and the team confidence.

The stands behind the baskets at this arena look like they go up to the ceiling from the floor at about a 75° angle.

In a one bid league it’s critical to win home games and important to win road games. Unless we put a significant winning streak together we won’t get an at large. Let that winning start at Mason. Go Rams. Show we are the best A10 team in the state.

Because over the years I have ordered tickets from a bunch of A-10 schools, I get emails from Fordham, Duquesne, Rhode Island, ur and mason (sucks) to name a few.
Before mason played tonight, as in not even promoting the fact that they were playing tonight, I got this email. I copied the text and not the picture.

Defend NOVA Jan. 10 vs. VCU! Limited Tickets Remaining vs. VCU

The most anticipated home game of the season is almost here! It’s a rematch of last season’s A-10 Championship Game when VCU comes to town on Saturday January 10.

Mason Nation, Coach Skinn and the Patriots need you to Defend NOVA! Wear your Green and be loud to help the Patriots in their quest to win a second-straight A-10 regular season title.

Lower bowl tickets start at under $20 (including fees) and the first 2000 fans in attendance will receive a free rally towel.

See you in EBA on January 10!

Emphasis added."

Since we beat them in the conference finals last year, they are gunning for us.

We need to be ready and respond with the same intensity.

I love it. I LOVE IT. Reminds me of those southside boys and the fan kids and how much both of us despised each other.
