I'd like to at least beat someone this weekend. The good news is the Hurricanes are more like a weak tropical depression.

Chris Spatola the announcer for the vcu game tonight on espn on television as well as his partner were raving about the total package @TTL PKG and his energy and longevity he’s brought to the program. They also gave high praise to the vcu band and said what a pleasure it was to have them in the building in Charleston for the vcu games. To Ryan and the band, thank you for a job well done representing the program and university. With thanksgiving less than a week away, we all want to say how thankful we are to have you!

Wanted to drop in and say much the same thing. Kat and I send our sincere thanks you not only to our precious Peppas and Ryan, but the fans who made the trip down there for these games, as well. Yall are very appreciated, thanks for making the experience a powerful one for us.

Highlight of the tournament by a wide margin

Miami is a weird team. Top-20 offense right now and a big man who can put the ball in the hoop (efficiently). I don't like that for us because it means we...once again....have to hit our lower percentage threes to keep pace.

Realistically we are a team who CAN beat anyone because of how many threes we shoot, but a team like that is also how you enter a tournament as the highest-ranked kenpom team in it and find yourself playing to avoid last place on the final day. Legit can't remember the last time I was this disappointed in a VCU team.

Very happy to not have gone to this tournament. I'm reminded of the awful feeling of early season hype and letdown then flying home hungover one too many times.

That being said, Go Rams, this season is not over.
