76'ers are a dumpster fire....but at least E is gettin' paid....for now

Well, ten-day contract season begins one week from tomorrow so Maynor can get his feet back in the door when a team needs a point guard. Sixers don't have a true backup point so I still wonder why he didn't stick it out. Obviously, the Sixers are horrible but unless he wasn't right physically/mentally, he should've stayed IMO. Philly is tanking so hard that if he was playing well, he would've been traded to a contender like all their vets.

If the Sixers are still paying him, I doubt he qualifies for any 10 day contract. He's currently still under contract, just not playing.

Good point. Since that's the case, I doubt any team will pick him up until late in the season and a team needs an emergency point guard. Well hopefully Eric will have a clean slate and be fully healthy by the offseason and have more suitors when his contract is off Philly's books.

Why couldn't he play for anyone right now if he was released?

I know i know but where would the thunder be with E and harden still playing:)
Il primo allenamento di Eric Maynor per la Pallac…:

BTW, Juvonte was traded to another team in the same division (traded/moved/boughtout...whatever they do over there). But on a positive note, he moved from a team near the bottom to a team near the top of the standings.
