The Official Larry Sanders NBA thread

Unfortunately you seem to be correct. From what I'd read recently I had hopes he was getting his act together. Still hoping!

This is one quote from the Bucks forum that cracked me up. Man, this doesn't sound good and if he is getting help then I hope it works.

waste of talent. Hopefully he has a good savings plan in place because after his 44 mil, his salary is going to drop faster than the orion capsule did entering the atmosphere.

I wonder if it's because they're tired of Larry's antics.... or if he actually is tired of basketball

I'd say a combination of both although. The Bucks don't want a guy that's messing up the locker room AND not motivated to play basketball. They're just making the business move and saving a few bucks. Milwaukee has John Henson who's on a rookie contract that can fill in for Larry. It's a shame because with Larry, Milwaukee would easily have the most rangy, long, athletic team in the NBA. You have Brandon Knight, The Greek Freak who was in the dunk contest, John Henson and Larry. All of those guys have wingspans over 7 ft. The Bucks are melding into a really good ballclub under Jason Kidd.

And don't forget Jabari Parker... tho he's out for the season... wait til he comes back next year. He looked good before the injury
