If I were to pick a perfect road I would want to have to beat the 4 seed, the 1 seed, the 2 seed.

ODU didn't send VCU to Friday. VCU sent VCU to Friday. That will all be forgotten in a week though.

Friday - Delaware
Saturday - George Mason
Sunday - Old Dominion
Monday Night - Northeastern

I believe this is fair and honest. To be fair and honest I thing we win on friday. Anything beyond that is a ......fantasy.

I think most of the stuff about playing on Friday is that no one has ever won the whole tournament starting on Friday. I remember George Mason playing us a 6th seed in the tournament final in 2007 so teams can make it to the final. These types of statistics are made to be broken. VCU and this team can break this stat. It just matters how much they want it.
I never said we would win these games because I have been disappointed countless times this season when we should win close games. All I like about this tournament is that it will have a heavy influence of VCU fans and we were great playing at home this year. That's the best thing going for us.
Joey needs to rally this team together take this one game at a time and I like our chances

Beat Delaware Friday and we'll take it from there.

Wow, if you guys think there is gloom and doom on these boards take a look at the GMU boards on the zone. Those folks are on suicide watch with the possibility of having to play the Rams on Saturday. And I have to agree with them.

John, we won't be playing Saturday. You have to play mason and we play Towson/UNC-W...we will be fine Saturday...you will have a real test.

And no you didn't score 60, but you scored less then ODU...and you are playing on Friday...(that was for r4m)

There are a few I see saying they don't want to face VCU on Saturday but I didn't see a bunch of GMU people saying that their afraid of VCU or something. I could have missed the posts though.

And every other team in the CAA for that matter. I think the bracketbuster weekend was the final nail in the coffin for a CAA at large bid.

This is not bad at all for a 5th seed.

Last year we were the #1 seed and still had to play Ga State (who wasn't awful), ODU (who was rolling at the time), and Mason (who usually shows up in the finals). I could see Northeastern being upset and our road to the title not being much more difficult then it was last year aside from the 4th game. That doesn't mean it will be easy though, we don't have the same team as last year, but not as much as an uphill fight as you would expect for a 5 seed.
