VCU -1.5
W&M

We are slight favorites on the road. It's gonna be a heck of a game!

Wow, that is a lot of respect given to The Tribe. Depending which site you used most places I noticed VCU -1.

Previous years W&M would be +6 - +15. Closer to game time I'm guessing the line will be VCU -2 to -2.5.

I like the line. If we were predicted to win by 15 would our guys feel too confident, who knows? But having it listed as a close game should keep our guys focused and hungry to beat them. Plus W&M has a high RPI so it helps our RPI. I know it's early in the season but W&M usually has an RPI in the 200 range. Playing them was a no win situation. Even when you beat them your RPI dropped.

always tough at Williamsburg - tougher this year. Shaver is the real deal. Go Rams!!!

Yeah, gosh, all they've done is beat Richmond and @Wake en route to a top 20 RPI.

Agree--just winning would be great.

This is a disciplined, good outside shooting team that doesn't turn the ball over often.

We're a good perimeter defensive team that try's to force turnovers. This will be a test of wills. Any quality road wins are ones we need to br happy to get. This one falls in that category.

Rams need to show that they can win on the road especially in conference and this is the opportunity to make this happen against a good and well coached William & Mary squad. Defense is the key to this game as well as keeping Sanders out of foul trouble. Defense will give us our offense, go Rams!!!

You better check the stats again. They are disciplined. They shoot well from the outside. But their biggest fault is that they turn the ball over too much, and lose the ball to steals a lot. This is where I think we can force the game a bit.

Watch the 3. Half of their shots come from the three and they make 41% of them. They have a lot fewer possessions than their opponents, mainly because of the steals. We need to get ont hem hard at the line, and make them move inside, where Larry can protect the paint. They have the best offensive efficiency in the country because they shoot threes. We have the best 3 point defense in the country. Should make it interesting.

It is easier to create havoc than to control it. Just play our game and we win.

AccuScore has us winning 71-67. Larry, Brad, Joey, and Jay in double digits.

I'm not convinced we don't blow this game wide open and Daniels, Grayson and Hinton get minutes/points.

Time for a little Tribal smack down...Rams by 15...
