Anyone interested in ordering a replica of VCU's 1970 Football jersey contact me before Thanksgiving. Possibility the bookstore may carry a few. Cost is $45 including tax and shipping.
 
not a color picture yet-They are black short sleeve with gold trim around the V-neck and sleeves. Numbers are large gold sewn on tackle twill. a very simple jersey-no TV numbers, etc. We didnt have a TV contract that year.
 
Is there any insignia or anything else to indicate the jersey represents VCU?
 
nothing to suggest VCU except Black and gold-if we add something then it wouldn't be a true replica would it? They will be as close to the original as possible.
 
Four sold already-picture should be posted shortly-70 numbers reserved for players until we hear from them.
 
Picture of jersey is posted on previous post-To order a jersey, send me a check for $40 ($45 for shipping) plus jersey number requested,jersey size(L,XL,XXL, etc ) name, address. Six jerseys have been ordered, when the number reaches 12 the order will close and be sent. Takes about 4 weeks.
