It is time for the Giant Slayers to Step Up to the plate. Otherwise known as the VCU Men's basketball program. So far this decade we have defeated:
Louisville at the first ever home game at the Stu.
Duke in the NCAA tournament a couple of years back.
Maryland in the BB&T classic at the verizon center a couple of years back.
Today we prepare attempt to add another giant to the list. We need the students to be there early, be loud, be proud, and help propel the Rams to victory. If we get behind early don't give up on the Rams. In all of the wins above we were behind and came back to win those games. Today we attempt to add another chapter to our storied program and are going to need every student to be in CAA & NCAA tournament form.
