Pretty standard article except for this paragraph towards the end:

Veal has several Division-1 programs interested in his services for next year, with Virginia Commonwealth University being in the lead due to its proximity to Veal's mother in Philadelphia. Other possibilities include Troy, Kennesaw State, and Charleston Southern among others. Regardless of where Veal ends up, his journey from Savannah to Colorado and then to Niceville has worked out well for both him and the Raiders. And of course, the NBA dream is still alive.

Perhaps Veal isn't a done deal? Maybe Veal is the contingency plan if Sanders leaves?

I'm really excited to see this guy play! Hopefully his knees hold up the two years he is here.

Sounds like Toby Veal isn't set in stone according to his coach. Should be an interesting offseason with all these recruits visiting/interested in VCU and only so many spots available.

The first day of the tournament typically is stocked with Division I coaches, and while most eyes will be on Ratliffe, some of the top talent this year already has been signed.

Tallahassee’s Marvell Waithe is headed to Arkansas, Bernard James is going to FSU and Hugh Robertson has committed to USF. Aden committed to Washington State. Northwest Florida State’s Toby Veal will play at VCU and teammate Bryant will go to Mississippi State.
